Project Summary
Relying on the National Key R&D Program "Research on Comprehensive Rehabilitation Assessment and Management Model of Elderly Disability", the project introduces multimodal interaction behavioral features to explore the key role of wrist sensors on multidimensional frailty in the elderly, proposes multiscale classification algorithms for multidimensional dysfunction in the elderly, and ultimately develops lightweight terminal platforms suitable for clinical guidance or remote monitoring and early warning.
This work was supported by the National Key R&D Program of China (Grant Nos. 2020YFC2008500 and 2020YFC2008502).
My Work
Team Management: Work with the team to develop and refine the technical program for the project.
Business Collaboration: Communicate with Jiang'an Party Service Center to develop research and data collection work plan for the business part.
Data Cleaning: Review data, perform data cleaning and feature engineering, and interface with the technical team for requirements.
Algorithm design and development: Determine the algorithm requirements for the project and consult with the team to determine the appropriate multimodal interaction behavior feature extraction and analysis methods.

2. EI three-authored article, "Ergonomic Load Differentiates Pediatric and Adult Physiotherapy".
3. EI I, "A Multimodal Physical Fitness Monitoring (PFM) Framework Based on TimeMAE in Wearable Scenarios".
4. SCI second article in press "PFIMPA: A Multimodal Approach to Predict Physical Function Impairment in Older Adults Using Physical Activity from Wrist-Worn Accelerometer".
5. Softwriter's book "Wrist Action Technology: Intelligent Diagnostic VQA Software".

Project Summary
It is proposed to construct a multimodal text-enhanced chest film diagnostic network that is more suitable for multi-label tasks, and use its output to optimize and calibrate a large language model fine-tuned on a proprietary dataset, to create a more accurate, understandable, and professional assisted diagnosis and treatment VQA system.
